The Problem With Structure in the Modern World

The inability for adults to have unstructured repeated interactions with other people does cause problems for a pretty wide group of society. I remember having this exact same experience where you're in college and college couldn't be the more perfect pot to brew friendships. There's just no equivalent to that for grownups. And there's no space for unstructured time.
