I can't imagine what it must be like, it's shocking to see this kind of damage when you wake up at night, a massive siren coming on. I tried to take heart from all the people here who still have energy to keep going and who really sort of need the supportReally from abroad because they don't want people to forget about it. It's something which I feel really you need a long-term commitment but also balance that with watching some TV at night or something to switch off. Once you come a few times you get know the ways of getting around more safely and sensibly.
