Docker 23.0 is out and includes a number of new features, including Kubernetes CSI drivers for swarm storage. The Docker engine maintainers wanted admins to manually acknowledge that they're using an outdated driver before a future upgrade could render them unable to even access their existing images and containers on their servers. There are lots of old deprecated features that were finally removed and other features that were now marked as deprecating.
