Using a Med Ball Drill to Swing a Sledgehammer

It's tendency if you're trying to pull that club down would be to decrease, but it actually increases. I don't think it's a naturally natural thing to increase that vertical ground reaction force under the lead foot. But over time if I said, alright keep swinging the sledgehammer, what you would see is you would adapt ahead of time. You would start to see it get larger and larger so that that ground is supplying more impulse back on to you earlier in the swing. When that sledgehammer comes through your body's momentum up and away balances out that sledge hammer.
