Paul Manafort and the War in Angola
In the 1980s, Paulafort worked with a warlord in Angola. He was able to guarantee additional shipments of weaponry which allowed the war to continue into the late 1990s. By the late 90s, more than 200 people per day were dying in the fighting. And it's possible that the extension of the war that he's partly responsible for killed hundreds of thousands.
