The Dark Side of Open Source

I'm trying to share my experience about this topic and actually deliver talks about the, I call it the dark side of open source at open source summit. And one of the things is that try to look for code smells. If you go there while going there, keep your nose open for code smells I call it. That may indicate something is not the classic open source structure that you'd expect. You know, if you're not the vendor of record for that product, you know, it could be challenging.
