How to Survive Parental Alienation

Sally Kohn: There is something very interesting about that list of things because when you're helping people in so many different ways, it's a lovely thing to kind of get out of your head also. I'm sure even with people who are seeking asylum who don't have their parents with them that's going to be fraught with so much emotion and fear of the unknown. Just really needing to be present for other people while still doing things that you enjoy and finding work where you can be outdoors. It says a lot about how you survive and how you survive emotionally, physiologically and find joy even with all that you've experienced.
