How to Find Good Picture Books

i've been a little discouraged sometimes these days, going on line, looking om at some of the on line book stores. And not being able to find good picture books. So how do i do that? I remember walking into the children's book section ofmy library when my oldest, who's now 20, was one. It can be a little frustrating if you've read book after book after book and they're just not good.
