If the patient is conscious and breathing, we're going to get them to a place where we can either start to move them towards the destination they need to be at in hospital. And I think the first decision that we've got to make is where are we going to do that? Now specific to stab injuries, we're talking about stabbing that is penetrating that airway. So things like hoarseness of voice, strider, subcutaneous emphysema around the neck,. maybe some hematosis and maybeThings like a certain positioning that that patient is putting their head and neck in.
