The Basic Tenets of Constructivism

The basic tenets of constructivism are that knowledge is constructed from your environment plus whatever is inside you. It's not possible to directly inject knowledge into someone's head or to say that the things that you expose somebody to don't guarantee that that person will learn exactly the same thing as everyone else. So we can't teach so teaching doesn't work we need to create environments which means environments that don't have teachers or where teachers don't do any instruction it's nonsense, he says.
