Som Sparsham - The Absolute Reality, Brahman

Brahman is the fundamental substratum because of which everything exists. By being in contact with that inner source of happiness, you are simultaneously in contact with brahman. This is the highest teaching of vedanta and it's not complicated at all. It can't be two different things - they have to be identical.
