More organizations are adopting language like we're calling that department people experience. It's both more descriptive and a little less brutal, like talking about your prospects as targets. So why don't we do that for behavior biases? And you saw this, it reminds me of channing jang when he was talking about doing the the public speaking tests in nigeria. The europeans in night and americans like their qartezone levels go way up when they're asked to speak in front of experts. The nigerians were like, ok, bunch of guys. It white coats. You know, i thinkye. Very go its noto sience.

Innovation doesn’t always require inventing new solutions to problems; chances are that evolution has already solved the issue with a unique design. This simple notion of looking to the natural world for design inspiration is called biomimicry. Guest, Sam Tatam uses biomimicry in his creative application of behavioral science.
