When i went to benaros for the first time, it was like a complete opposite of chandiga. It's an underrated city in india, yes? And because i realized that now that we're talking about the central vista and india like, well, you know, the imperial past as being the redanister, i was really in time. I think that neru's vision was quite bold. Because though he was a historian, if you look at the city, the city makes no concession to the past. None of these things are there. This is really futuristic. It wants to occupy the future rather than occupy the past.
