The Importance of Books in Traveling

I think I always had a book, but also going back to the looking out the window thing. When I was in bands that did massive tours of the US where it was crazy long drives like, you know, South Dakota and Montana. And we would never like leave at the end of the night and drive through the night. It would always just wake up super early. So if you're driving through the Badlands or even kind of like desolate, strange parts of Montana, like it's so, it's like you're on another planet. Yeah. Also, especially growing up on the East Coast, like anything that doesn't look like the East Coast is amazing. Right.
