Love Your Enemies Internally

When people can't process that at first, how do you take that further? You just say they should appreciate them for bringing out the best in you. So when I say love your enemies, what I'm talking about is internally because every, the way we create our entire life is from within. And as you think of each thing, it diffuses and lets go of all the resistance that you're holding around that person.
