There's a couple of simple, powerful practices that i do every day. One is morning practice - orienting your mind towards what surprising and beautiful thing will happen. The gratitude practice helps us orient our attention towards what we're grateful for. It improves your mun system, which i could use right now, a bit of a cold. So i like to do it at night, and it grows.
