When your brain has enough sleep, it can do all these things that we're talking about. At night, little janitors come out, right in the form of weel cells, and start to clean up metabolic trash. Most people need seven to nine hours of sleep to make this happen. If you don't get that gunk cleaned up, between your 80 to a hundred million nurons, you decrease transmission. There's a lot of toxicity, ocidative stress, that art is disintegrating those power houses of the cell.
