How to Measure Success in a Transformational Deal
In most large transformational deals you'll have business cases, maybe by business process or by function. But if we don't agree upon how we're going to measure success, it's little about how you build that up. So inevitably, if you are truly integrating something that's acquired, then determining it impact in isolation is inherently difficult. In otherwords, your overarching goal works against measuring in isolation. That's just a non emana dilemma. It's really how are you building that up, that d like a bisness case dovil.
