In order to focus, we kind of have to put some of our feelings and our emotions aside, almost, in order to show up for the moment. The question is, can you let them back in? And anybody who' set a meditation retreat knows that the feelings that we internalize that we don't process, are there still, and they are waiting for us. They are a part of our internal world until we attend to them, simply attend to them.
