The Pandemic at Rutgers
The coalition of Rutgers games did pre-exist the pandemic and bargain over, say, health care. "We created this people-centered approach to the pandemic," she says. The union was trying to rebuild trust within its own unit because Rutgers is unusual in having a broader base faculty grad union.
