When i was a shrink, one of my favourite questions was just, how is that working for you? So, reasonable over rational. That's realy what my brother in law, who's a social worker, has thus quote that i love. All behaviour makes sense with enough information. If you have enough information about what people have experienced, what they've been through in life, their behavior starts to make a lot of sense.
