The History of the Gun Control Bill
In 1996, there was a massacre at Port Arthur in Tasmania that pushed the Australians to do a nationwide gun control law. There hasn't been one mass shooting ever since then. I wonder if we have yet reached the same per capital level of gun violence that Australia was experiencing when they changed their laws. Or if we're just way worse and it's just the influence of Fox, so-called news and the Republican party here.
