Taking Risk on Your First House Flip

You don't want to start taking risk until you build up your nest egg. Once you've got a big base, you can start buying more, a little riskier. It has a higher upside, but it also cound hve a higher downside. One thing i i know that you're known for would be the actual design that you're putting into the house. So if i get a three bedroom, two bathroom, 12 hundred square fot house, i'm going to look for the highest sold three bedroom,. two bouth 12 hundred square foot house and make my design similar to that - maybe even a little bit better.
