Sheep Dogs - What's the Benefit?

We find our dogs don't need treats and tidbits when they're working sheep. All they really want is praise and a good clap and being petted. If there's something going wrong with the dog, it's probably the handler's fault. Be open to constructive criticism and take advice from people. You can't go everywhere with a quad pike that you can with the dogs. The dogs are good company for us as well.
