Plugging: A New Neologism
It's a combination of Swedish term placa oop, which means to pick up and jogging. Apparently there are all these people in Europe who are running down the street with plastic bags. There are plugging groups here in the US,. And I read about a group in Tennessee that has trasher size. Maybe we go pliking.
