The Fraternal Delegate to the PCA

Carlton: I'm actually the fraternal delegate to the OPC Journal Assembly. He says he'll ride home with Morris so there's room for him and the Presbycast mobile studio on the way home. Brad: Chad Van Dixhorn will not be the fraternallegate to the PCA this year as I understand it now. Things may change, but, um, but I've gotten wind that they have moved from being in person to a video greeting.
