How Do You Decide What You Want to Do?
When you decide what you want to do, how do you start doing it? My recommendation for that is to look at people who have the ideal career and see how they did it. Selena: Don't follow their path in a prescriptive manner. Instead, widen the lens to see not what they did, but rather why they did what they did.
