I started writing this book in two thousand and one. Never for a moment any thought that i would make any money. As i said, i didn't even know that anyone would ever publish the book. I not have ph d and economics, have never beena academic economist. A lot of respect for academics who really take those skills to the next level. And there's no guarantee. Thits a very noisy world.
