If you only study English with the grammar, it's going to be a bit weird. Language has to go in before it comes out. So read and listen to things that are slightly above your level so that you can understand like 60 to 80%. That's what you should be understanding. The remaining 20 to 40% is what you're sort of working out from context. Don't have any subtitles in your language. Just keep it either English on or English off. If you really want to test your listening skills, subtitles off. Hopefully you'll find content that you actually want to listen to - not just for studying English.
