A CRISPR library in which they can target 19,000 genes on a U87 glioblastoma cell line. They look into kind of the after co-culture with EGFR targeting CAR T cells. And basically when they do kind of this pathway analysis, they see basically interferon gamma signaling being reduced in surviving tumor cells. That's their system. It is very critical towards resistance of tumors against kind of a traditional T-SIR, directed T cell killing.
