I think there was a period of time where I don't think I ever thought I didn't need a coach, if that makes sense. The one downside of being a VP of sales in an early stage startup is you no longer are reporting to someone that potentially has more experience than you in your domain. We built out our ideal candidate profile here at ICAUSE with Jim's help. And we talk about, you know, number one for us is PhD, right? Perseverance, heart, desire, number two is intellectual curiosity, number three is coachability.
