How to Use an Oscillator in Team Sports

I've used the oscillating movements and the time sets because when you have a lack of resources with athletes, those time sets work really, really well. But I'll use them more for accessory movements, to be honest. And then my strength movement will be more of a probably like a banded movement. So I don't lose any of the strength that we've kind of gained throughout the period. Does that make sense?
