The Struggle to Give Feedback on the Sandwich Method
"I'm happy with flashback moment because I was in an interview like years ago, like interviewing for a manager position and I had only ever been taught the best way to give feedback was the sandwich method," he said. "If he had provided the feedback on the sandwich method by using the sandwich method, you would have left being like, oh, I did pretty good." He says it's okay to have a conversation that's only focused on positives.
