How to Have a Conversation About Data Day Over Day

I love this notion of a scorecard, especially when it comes down to just like bringing together that data day over day with a launch. How do you go about getting that data and building the process to record that data, capture it, and then have a conversation about it day over day? That's a good question. And so how I typically approach this conversation is I say, well, what do you want? What do you want to see? Ideally, in the perfect case, what might we look at in terms of projects? We might look at the time that it takes to deliver a project,. Might take a look at how many times revisions come back in a project.
