What Does Diginal Look Like for Smaller Churches?

i like simple church, but that is about as simplest as it can get church. I was talking to a pastor of a 65 worship attendant who said they have done more ministry through the digral door than we have through the physical door in his history there. Many churches have started prayer ministries for the community on line. And thiss two days ago i heard of a churchi your area canada. They filter everything through that word: Other. Are we focusing on god? Other? Are we focus on the community? Other. That's their vision statement. How can we make this about reaching beyond ourselves instead of making ourselves more comfortable?
