"There's so much rich content that people can really dig into here and really think about aspects where you know we've all fallen short i mean we're human especially in this time with covid," she says. "I did want to just talk briefly about some of the additional steps that we think about in communities of color as well and how we try to move on after having moved through" She adds, "The post-max stress can feel like it's an intellectual thing that we're talking about once you go through a situation like that then you realize okay this is real"
