UFOs or Aliens in the UAPs

You have humans landing on another planet even without being genetic engineering or cybernetics into it how long do you live on a planet that has different gravity and sunlight from this planet before you start being noticeably different in culture and full-on body. A lot of people imagine that I mean there's a lot of talk about UAP which is the new word for UFOs  and they've been separated for 10 million years of genetic engineering and and actual normal diversity they don't look like you anymore. The folks back on Earth don't look terribly human anymore and nobody looks like them or their neighbors what a weird thing that would be.
