I think that word ego and my idea is something to really interrogate if you feel that in yourself. And this idea of dovetails in many ways with another key point that you wrote about, which is the notion of acknowledging reality. You have to always accept it because maybe it's not right for your strategy. But that reality check, I've seen so many teams. There's just almost like a superstition that takes over. If we change the way we're doing it, we'll never be successful.
