Is There a System in Place to Root Out Problems Early?
i know i continue to have a sort of confidence in the safety of any police officer that i talk to in the street, and i think most people will do so. But we've got to make sure that those systems are in place, under pinning that if there are problems, they are rooted out early. And that's what's mas so shocking in this case, was that these problems were not rooted out early,. That some one who was so dangerous could carry on being within the police for such a long time. Otherwise you will never rebuild confidence among many women and girls across the country.
