I eat the same meals more or less every day. The only exception is dinner, which I would say four nights a week is the same thing. This is a shake that I get delivered my mornings are prepackaged and a bar that's ready for lunch as long as I can remember it. And so at night, for me, I put my nose to my bone so I don't snore. It sounds crazy, but that's how I actually try to keep my skin nice and pretty.
