Our ventral vegal system is what i call theessential ingredient, and being able to safely navigate through the world in a way that we can feel connected. So our first job is to recognize, o, i think i'm leaving this place of feeling im sakan, organized and able to move through the world. And you know, the the nervous system responds to all sorts of experiences. A we don't have to think about breathing. Our body just does it. It's one of the halm marks of a o activity that is regulated by the autonomic nervous system. Om i firmly believe that the nother system still knows that place and knows how to get back to that
