What Causes You to Feel Shame?

What makes you sad? numbness, like watching people who have all these feelings buried beneath a traumatized closed body and they just want to bring it out. What causes you to feel joy? Like watching the beauty in when men actually touch these parts of themselves and they see and they witness this in each other.
