The Clone Wars Story Arc Obi-Wan's Midlife Crisis
Obi-Wan experiences Yoda's midlife crisis. Ahsoka leaves the order because of this event it does later have something to do with with Obi-Wan in the follow-up story arc. They finally discover that Count Dooku is Darth Tyrannus and they realize well we have a Darth SidiousSomeone's got to be the master and it might in fact be this Darth Sidious right so they start to kind of put the pieces together. This is getting really late in the Clone Wars and it's a bit of a concerning time to be a be a Jedi only figuring this out just this late in the game so that was also a really cool story arc.
