I don't want to be so specialized in one particular lift that I'm like a glass cannon and I can do that one thing but if I try to squat a barbell or like try to you know try a new move with the landline it's gonna break me. That's really what my goal is right now as an athlete. To have that just step back conversation with yourself and just doing it isn't going to tear your shoulders off.
