The Sticky Wicked: Facebook's Algorithmic Recommendation of a Platform's Content
Facebook, Twitter and other social media companies could be held accountable for unjust enrichment by being a conduit for which information was shared. The company would hire the most expensive lobbyists to fight tooth and nail against this type of legal doctrine being adopted. It's just something that is not entirely realistic in my view.
