The Importance of Punabhava

Buddhists tend to think that this whole notion of Punabhava is good news because they're going to come back again as wealthy Californians. It's like the man who ran from the, uh, revivalist meeting into a Buddhist temple. He said, I've been born again and they offered their condolences. But anyway, it can be a peaceful and love and compassion and vision of things, but it certainly isn't supposed to make it cheerful to think about.
