A huge part of promotion is impact. And sometimes you can use that as a way to talk to other managers and say, Hey, I have Augustus, he's trying really hard to go for promotion. He's really close. What we really need is for him to lead a project. It's definitely helped with those kind of conversations. When it comes like a project comes who should be the one leading it? You know, it's not always really that ambiguous.
