If you want to capture someone's voice, it's mainly their story. I've seen some ghost writers who you could just tell it's not that person,. Just because they're just not great ghost writers. You need to write as simply as possible. If you're confusing readers with big words or long sentences, you're taking away from the idea. i believe most writing should be simple. It will force you to think about a subject more and increase your understanding.
