Unity Con and Margins in the Early Days

I'm always kind of debating the time and the inflection point when margins and when unity con becomes fundamentally important. I think it's important to think about modes from day one, but you might not actually develop a good mode until year two or year five or even year ten. And I also think that modes like new venture proprietary data and like data network effects those things are not binary. So they grow over time and the more they grow the stronger they get. But you can do things that sorry that growth and you'll have to wait till you're a few years in.
