The Singularity of Creation

There are two types of native american beliefs that people are accustomed to knowing about. One is the most common: children's stories about creation, stories about animals. Then there are the sacred stories, and those were basically kept secret. Those tell what they really believe, things about life and death and where we came from. To understand it, you've really got to understand the creation of the universe from their point of view.
